Ethan S. Miller received the B.S. (2003) from Ohio Northern University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science, and earned the M.S. (2005) from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. In the Fall of 2005, he joined the Remote Sensing and Space Science group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to begin work on the Ph.D in Electrical Engineering.

Interests

• Current Interests: Instabilities and irregularities in the post-sunset equatorial ionosphere; Fusion of data from ground-based optical imagers, radars, GPS receivers, and space-based sensors; imaging and visualization; Engineering education.
• Past Interests: Electrical properties of materials at GHz frequencies, Silicon optoelectronic packaging, Crosstalk reduction in VLSI.
